1. Conduct TBM with all workers and site personnel
2. Ensure all site personnel and workers are with proper PPE(s): badge, helmet, safety vest, shoes, body harness, rubber/leather gloves, shield face, ear plug, goggle, mask etc., in different type of work on site
3. Safety inspection on building as following point:
- Housekeeping, materials arrangement
- Lifting work (lifting device, capacity, below area, angle of movement etc.)
- Excavation work (movement vehicle, soil erosion/collapse, shear wall, slop, heavy equipment etc.)
- Working with operating equipment
- Scaffolding and ladder using condition (mobile scaffold and external scaffold)
- Hand tools and manual lifting
- Electricity system & electric-tools usages
- Covering opening (elevator, sleeve, etc.)
- Falling protection and falling object prevention (edge slab, staircase etc.)
- Site surrounding protection
- Fire extinguisher installation (type, condition, places)
- Check and approve for Hot work permit
- Investigate in case of any incident/accident
- Steel structure installation and working at height
- Smoking areas on site
- Gas and those flammable oil storages
- Warehouse and its safety system
- Passenger hoist lift (switch, limit, alarm, emergency stop, signage, etc.)
- Site safety (information sign, warning, direction etc.)
4. Environmental and hygiene inspection:
- Ensure that project site arrange the designated space for construction waste
- Ensure that proper waste management and disposal are being implemented
- Separate those flammable plastic, wooden, steel and construction waste by its types
- Rubbish bin on site are available
5. Prepare weekly, safety observation, site safety evaluation and education report
