Job Description
• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Timely reporting on the log sheet for the rapid response to any glitches.Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitoring application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifying possible solutions, and working with developers to implement those fixes.
• Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies on data and storage.
• Participating in the design of information and operational support systems.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree student in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• 2 years of experience with system engineering.
• Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux /Window based environments and distributed systems.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts)
• Basic understanding of Public Key Infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing is a plus.
• Experience of containerized applications or systems (e.g., docker) is a plus.
• Ability to work together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
• Having an ability to troubleshoot applications problems independently.
• Ability to work with teams and startups.
• Proficiency in Khmer and English.
• Ability to execute with less guidance and willing to learn new things.
• Behaving passion, perseverance, innovation and startup spirit.
