• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Call Visit – all customer types
• Site Visit - all customer types
• Deal direct with all type of existing customers VIP, SME and Home
o Customer request termination
o Change plan upgrade and downgrade
o Convince customer to make prepayment as much as we can
o Price concern / Bidding / Price review / Promotion
o Agreement (SLA) / Contract renewal
o Loyalty upgrade speed process
o Move account from Online to IH / from IH to Online
o Migration / C location
o Testing speed
o Change service plan from PPPoE to IP Port / from IP Port to PPPoE
o Backup link
o Equipment / CPE…….etc.
o IP Static / China
o Re-activate
o Compensation request
o Technical concern - Assist and pass to TS for checking as soon as possible
o Daily activities report
