Job Description
• To attend in machine breakdown, troubleshoot problems, upgrading or modification, and ensure full compliance to safety procedure, food safety management, hygiene procedures and 5S execution.
• To ensure spare parts are available and highlight to Maintenance Manager on the requirements also to responsible to alert the Maintenance Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur
• To be fully responsible on performance of the machine and participate actively in problem solving and process improvement initiatives, identify, evaluate, analyze and implement actions required to achieve Mechanical Efficiency targets.
• Conduct performance evaluation and handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
• To execute maintenance plan, coaching maintenance staff and performs other related duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognized university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical in industrial) is required
• Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance (mechanic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, control system, instrumentation)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, 5S, drive improvement, planning and leadership abilities
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Excellent management, communication and supervisory skills, interpersonal skills
• Flexible and be able to work on shift
• Computer knowledge (SAP, MS. Office, and AutoCAD drawing, PLC) and control system
• Be able to communicate in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
• Personality and attitude (Reliable, Flexible, Strong commitment, Ownership, Accountabilities, Patience, Initiative, Honesty, Quick response)
