Job Description
• Actively contribute to the reputation of the consultancy services in and beyond Cambodia
• Facilitate and main an effective biding documentation process that is able to deliver the expected results.
• Coordinate and lead direct civil engineers, architectures, and construction workers, subcontractors
• Revise and review construction drawings the accuracy its content dimensions coordination between structional drawing;
• Lead Project Team in preparing and updating project supervision and progress report.
• Other duties and responsibilities upon required by CEO/Team Leader
Job Requirement
• At least Master Degree Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction related field study
• 5 up + years’ experience construction field
• Proven experience civil engineering firms
• Advanced knowledge construction management processes, means methods
• Expert knowledge building products, construction details relevant rules, regulations quality standards
• Familiarity construction management software packages
• Competent conflict crisis management
• Leadership human resources management skills
• Excellent time project management skills
• A team player leadership abilities
• Good knowledge English and other languages
