Job Description
• Focus on interior design from concept stage until construction details.
• Prepare for all Interior Design Presentation to owners under supervision of Senior Architect.
• Propose 3D concept model, rendering and material moodboard.
• Propose design materials and determines appropriateness for application to projects.
• Prepare shop drawings with attention to specification and coordinating dimensions and drawing references all in compliance to CAD protocol.
• Prepare Material & Specification lists following design intents.
• Handle Material Samples and ID documentaries.
• Assist Senior Architect in coordinating with clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
• Coordinate with internal and external department team members to ensure no misinformation from design intent till construction.
• Work under supervision & reports directly to Senior Architect.
Job Requirement
o Bachelor degree of Architecture or Interior
o 2 years experiences in similar capacity
o Good at using in both 2D, 3D, Render software in related design programs
o Experiences in interior design of office fit-out and high-rise building is an advantage.
o Good interpersonal skill
