Job Description
• Communicate with guests/customers concerning sales.
• Receive money from customers and manage the cash
• Printing customer invoice and manage the invoice,
• Revise sale invoices with permission and acknowledged from section chief, Director or other who have right based on the principle and appointment from the company.
• Input new customers’ profiles and detailed information which can be used and contacted.
• Create, prepare and keep customers profiles such as purchasing orders of the customers, quoted prices for customers, and sales orders properly as stated in applicable regulation and principle of the company.
• Monthly monitor the situation of customers concerning unusual growth and decline of the customers.
• Study seriously on default account receivables by determining the credit provision for sale properly and seek for measures against such customers effectively and avoid customer’s dissatisfaction which costs the company’s reputation.
• Total and prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual business reports as scheduled perform other duties assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent
• Have 1 or 2 years’ experience in the related field
• Good communication in English & Khmer language
• Excellent team working and collaborative skills
• Honest, good behavior, reliable person and responsibility
