Job Description
• To work collaboratively with the project manager/director and team to maximize productivity;
• To collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle;
• To organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met;
• To coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently;
• To report updates verbally and in written form to management;
• To complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email;
• To produce drawings and 3D visual presentations.
Job Requirement
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination;
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving;
• Able to proactively address potential issues;
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CAD and 3Dmax/Sketch up;
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude;
• Able to work independently with little supervision with positive and encouraging personality;
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Have good communication in English.
