Planning, directing and coordinating projects
Proposing of alternative concept design & methodology during pre-tender, attending design development / project meetings with the consultants & clients, ensuring the meeting of project schedule & work quality standards on-site
Manage design consultants and the design process to ensure design excellence and quality, and that deliverables meet PHV standards and project briefs.
Responsible for architectural design coordination with consultant
Submission of shop drawings to consultant for approval
Prepare progress report of the Architectural works
Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E team to resolve technical and discrepancies issues· Assist in monitoring, coordinating and managing day to day architectural activities on site.
Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
Analyze and design the structural/architectural components for projects.
Assist in planning, scheduling and resource management for site activities.
Perform site in progress inspection to ensure that works are executed to the required quality.
Study and check drawings.
Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
Need to liaise with the client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
