Job Description
I. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Purchase tools/equipment and other accessories daily- Find supplier and quotation with suitable price
- Process PO, PR via Intranet System- Following up PO & PR to make sure the tools/equipment delivered to site
- Check the function of motor & spare parts and send to be fixed- Transferring materials/tools/equipment/accessories as need from site to site
- Daily key-in stock use into Intranet System- Work closely with stock keeper and procurement team to deliver the tasks more effectively
- Doing weekly, monthly and other reports as requested- Perform other duties as assigned
- Check and record materials/tools/equipment/accessories which are taken by T&W- Open and close stock after finishing work
- Compare and count materials/tools/equipment/accessories before stock in
- Prepare list of equipment/tools/accessories to stock out- Properly store and keep stock space
- Check materials/tools/equipment/accessories which are able to send to other sites
- Provide uniform/materials/tools/equipment/accessories to T&W and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- At least associate degree Business Administrative, Accounting & Finance or equivalent degree
- Some Experiences are preferable
- Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and across SMCD
- Have interpersonal, communication skills
- Be honest, hard-working, and able to Work under pressure
- Strong in Khmer and able to use English language both verbal and written
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email
- Willing to mobilize to Provinces is a plus
