Job Description
• Conduct credit review for normal or restructured loan at branches to suggest for update status as required from NBC.
• Support the micro loan manager to refresh RAC/guideline to branches staff and check loan document quality.
• Track monthly client monitoring at branches to comply NBC regulatory.
• Follow up the performance and loan quality at branches
• Follow up the standard land price to ease for collateral value.
• Assess and analyst deeply the inflow-outflow of a business to support loan assessor.
• Coordinate and support to branch staff about guidelines related to the loan processing.
• Correct their mistakes/errors of completing the loan documents.
• Conduct site visit of collaterals/properties and businesses and other information.
• Conduct periodic internal controls and check on areas are concerned.
• Find out the credit review’s issues at the branches and
• do the suggestion of ways for improving.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and complying with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Closely monitor and follow up the branches on requirement from department.
• Raise up all lending issues from branches and suggestion the ways for improving to his/her supervisor.
• Performing other various duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or Finance and Banking or any related field.
• Sound working knowledge of Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Internet, and Email).
• At least one year’s experience in microfinance or banking industry or another related field
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English).
• Good commitment in fieldwork and strong willing to work with rural people.
• Honesty, Initiative, creatively, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, and able to manage and lead team for success.
• Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations.

Job Description
• Translate user and product journeys into detailed user stories for technical development
• Work closely with the technical team in ensuring that user requirements are clearly understood and translated accurately into technical requirements
• Prepare/Review test scripts and perform user acceptance testing during the test phase
• Work closely with the technical team to resolve defects and problems encountered
• Co-facilitate workshops organized to ideate, prototype and refine the existing user journey with new product capabilities
• Produce all documentation required for Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal Governance procedures to obtain approval of new functionalities/processes
• Perform knowledge transfer and provide support to enable Change Management and training activities
• Support the activities to map, assess and optimize operational processes that drive the user journeys
• Keeps up to date with digital trends, technology solution providers and assess their potential application to the user and product journeys
Job Requirement
• Formal Education
o Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent
o Professional Accreditation:
o Any related accreditation in design thinking, innovation or agile is advantageous but not compulsory
o Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
o Min 4 years’ experience, preferably with 2 years in Banking system implementation, business analyst, preferably digital projects
