Job Description
• Online Platforms Management
o Manage and maintain GNC’s website to ensure it is updating and attractive.
o Control and update contents of GNC's homepage regularly.
o Develop online/electronic document management, document library and approval system of internal
o Together with Communication and Marketing Department, Integrate and link the GNC’s accomplishment through the project/program operation, both at Head Office and CDPs to the GNC’s web/homepage/SNS.
o Information Technology and Computer Maintenance
o Manage and maintain information technology equipment and devices (server, network, printer, router…) to ensure it is working smoothly.
o Make assessment and provide ICT Training to all GNC staff as capacity building
o Develop ICT guidelines and learning material with implementation to ensure all GNC staff are capable with using and handling ICT work at least at basic level.
o Join and give the technical ideas on procuring the ICT material of HO and CDP/Project as well as computers for office works as
o Troubleshooting and configuring computers and other devices to all office/project of GNC for staff computers to ensure they are protected and working smoothly.
o Technical Support on Databases and Microsoft 365 Management
o Together with HR & AD Manager, initiate the development of Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint site, subscription, Staff devices management, Outlook) or and ensure it is well implemented among staff and keeping up to date.
o To initiate applicable functions on MS 365 for Good Neighbors Cambodia.
o Develop and update needed guidelines and instructions, and ensure it is well implemented among GNC staff.
o Provide capacity building to GNC staff on the use of MS 365 functions.
o Sufficient knowledge on Advance Microsoft Excel for database management
o Others
o To support Administration & Human Resource department for related ICT matters.
o Make sure all job announcement as posted on relevant job channels and homepage with timely manner. Other tasks assigned by HR & AD department manager.
Job Requirement
• Knowledge and experiences of CSS, HTML/XHTML, Java script, PHP, ASP and etc.
• Experience and knowledge in making a homepage and intranet approval system.
• Knowledge in using design programs, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Overall skills in computing and software
• Experienced in managing MS 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of basic server management
• Knowledge of computer software, hardware and other devices. Good level of English
• University graduates or undergraduate (senior or junior) who major in web and database management
