• A Bachelor degree (or higher) in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• At least 4-5 years of demonstrated experience related to project management and implementation in the development sector
• At least 1-2 years of demonstrated experience working with qualitative and quantitative data
• Possess strong command of the English and Khmer language (reading, writing, oral)
• Fast learner and possesses the ability of self-directed learning
• Thrives working with abstract concepts
• Driven by delivering tangible results
• Strong motivation to create social change
• Strong ability to organize tasks and manage deadlines
• Strong knowledge of - at least - 1 development subject (education, health, environment, agriculture, gender, etc.)
• Desirable
o Working knowledge of the Logframe Approach, Outcome Mapping, Outcome Harvesting, or other M&E approaches
o Ability to work with minimum supervision
o Strong facilitation skills
o Strong report writing skills
o Strong ICT skills, especially Excel
o Knowledgeable in development subject (education, health, environment, agriculture, gender, etc.)
