As the ideal candidate you will typically have worked in the development sector as a M&E officer, project officer (social work, education, etc.), or related position.
You have experience with project implementation but have a desire to work with and learn more about project formulation, grant writing, M&E, and fundraising. You are interested in gaining experience in managing people and projects. You thrive in a job where you are allowed freedom to work on the tasks that you find interesting, and structure your work as you see fit. You are looking for an opportunity that allows you to be creative, achieve personal goals, and have an impact on the people around you.
