• Soft Skill Program Quality Management
o Liaise with Schools’ Dean to set up soft skill training schedule / plan at each school.
o Disseminate training plan to students at each school.
o Organize training event and conduct the training as planned.
o Conduct pre and post assessment of the training to ensure the progress of student learning.
o Innovate soft skill training methodologies to ensure the up-todate methods to be applied.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Problem solving: Dealing with issues of quality of teaching and learning of the teachers, teacher’s curriculum adaptation and recommend for pedagogic improvement and capacity building of teachers
o Communication: Teachers, Student Affairs Officer, Pedagogy Department, CRPSE Admin Assistant, and GE’s Admin. Officer and GE Deputy/Director and FSD Dean etc.
o Ensure the effective adaptation of school curriculum, pedagogic materials and teaching methods
